u have a diverse team but me personally would change golduck and carnivine for same types but with better stats.. there are other grass and water pokemon with better stats.. also change some hms for stronges moves.. me personally keep something like surf which is good for an attack move and hm

cops get a call about a disturbance in the area of a project complex that im at.?
now they knock on the door we ask who is it they say police open up we ask why they say they got a call we say dont know what your talking about. they keep saying open up open up we ask if they have a warrant they dont answer. 5 mins pass there still waiting more cops arrive they knock again say open up. so someone opens the door just a little and says let me see the warrent they push the person out the way cops swarm in with guns out tell everyone to get on the ground and begin searching the house. they claim that someone told them that someone was hiding in the cabinets and might have a handgun specifically a 380 caliber so they search and find someone hiding they pull that person out and search him find no gun puts him in handcuffs and a gun to his head. they search the cabinets and find a bag of weed at the end of it. charge him with it. Now the question is are they allowed to do this even though entry to the residence were unlawful and is that a violation of the 4th amendment which protects against "unreasonable search and seizures"
there was a big fight in front of the house but when the cops showed up no one was out side or anything the person that hid in the cabinets had warrents for his arrest that is the reason he hid everything else is true if you knew the cops like i do you would believe it
if it would help i will type the report on here minus the names and area i just think that the way they went about everything is wrong due to the fact that the call did not mention anything about a gun only after they gained entry to the house did they say that they were informed but no gun was ever found

It’s clear what you gave us was not true/accurate.

There was a reason you weren’t opening the door…..Was that simply because you are all idiots, or was it because you’re all idiots and somebody with a bag of weed ran from a crime/the police into that apartment.

If the Police actually received a call that there was a disturbance and that a person with a gun was hiding inside, then the Police have the right to enter and search that apartment to ensure the safety of the occupants of the apartment. If cannabis or narcotics are found in the process, they will not ignore it. Whether or not civil rights violation(s) took place, will be decided on by the judge. But think about this for a moment; had their been a problem in there, and the police "just left" because someone on the other side of a door asked for a warrant, and people inside were hurt or killed, would the 4th amendment (or any other amendment) be protecting those victims ? Just food for thought.
