What is the difference between The Little Mermaid the movie and the Broadway production?
I saw on a question and answer session that The Little Mermaid: the Broadway musical has a different ending than the original movie; i.e. Ariel saves the day instead of Prince Eric. Does anyone know how she saves the day?

In the play, ariel is tarnsformed backinto a mermaid and her father pleads for her life. Ursala desieves ariel into thinking that if she gives ursula the magic shell, then ursala will give her back her legs. ariel loves prince eric so she begins to head toward the sea witch. when she gets close enough, ursala unravels her plan to kill ariels father. Ariel becomes angery and smashes the shell on the stage. ursala then is killed, falling under the stage while ariel swims away.
Flotsom and Jetsom leave the scene as soon as Ursala gets the triton. So theire fate is unknown to the audience.

Ursula is destroyed when Ariel breaks the magic shell, seeing as staging her becoming a giant and subsequent impalement on a ship would be impossible to stage.

Chicken Run
Chicken Run (2000)

IMDB rating: 7.30

Plot: Ginger is one of the chicken at the Tweety Egg Farm, who is capable of escaping (and desperately wants to) but is constantly being held back by her incompetent partners. One night, feeling failed and depressed after a chicken is axed, she wanders out to the gate, where she sees a rooster triumphantly flying through the air. After crashing and injuring his wing, Ginger takes him in and learns he’s Rocky Rhodes, a cocky American who enjoys freedom - in fact, he escaped from a circus when she found him. In exchange for protecting him when the circus arrives asking for him, Ginger makes a deal with Rocky that he will teach them to fly so they can escape. Taking advantage of the situation, Rocky woos the chicken, irritating Ginger “Doll-Face” and organizer Officer Fowler, formerly of the Royal Air Force, in the process. Meanwhile, the Tweetys have purchased a machine to make chicken pies out of, intending to cook every last one of them.

What kind of body can this get me?? What tone and muscle?
I’m 6′4. 217 lbs. I go to the gym everyday or almost. Ive been fat most of my life up until about 2 years ago when I lost all my pounds due to diet and increase workout. I worked out my whole life but my diet was never on par. When I turned 26, it all began to take a turn for the better as a milf at my gym came up to me and complimented me. That was the first time in my life I ever gotten a female to notice me and it was awsome. Anyways, I’m getting off topic. For about six months, I have not gained any unwanted weight but have been binge drinking. I’m going to stop right now! My current diet which I switched up abit is as follows…

Corn on the cob. Pears. Apples. Bananas. Grilled chicken. Sushi. Tonic water. Honey nut cherios. Celery. Brocoli. Cherry peppers in a jar. Flaunder.

Now I space them all out during the week ofcourse. Just to give you some insight on what I eat or changed in my diet as I sense and feel I slipped a little with pizza on weekends and beer. Cut those out and eat what I stated above… here is my workout plan I go by and have been going by for some time…

Monday: Chest, legs, back. 30-60 minutes of running. 10 minutes of skipping rope. Crunches. 5 different crunch exercises I space out through the week.

Tuesday: Arm curls: bicep/tricep, Legs. Skip rope. Pull ups and chin ups along with push ups

Wednesday: Shoulders. Legs. Running or skip rope or both. Back crunches and stomach crunches.

Thurseday: usually break day or just running day.

Friday: see monday as it starts up again.

Now that was just a basic overview. I like to switch it up to keep my body guessing. The question is, what kind of body would that give me?

I’m OK with all of them but I have heard a lot of discussions because of these that is why I want to know your opinion. What do you think?

of the ones I’ve seen, the ones I have a problem with even being nominated:

Johnny Depp for Finding Neverland–love him as an actor, but that movie wasn’t that great, and his performance, though good, was still one of his least impressive.

Tom Hanks in Saving Private Ryan–again, a good, solid performance, but not outstanding.

Russell Crowe’s performance in Gladiator wasn’t so much because it was difficult as it showed raw star power. His win was more about the difference between that role and his much more impressive turn in The Insider. There are a lot of these performances that are more about star power and charisma than they are about any real stretch as an actor (in particular Tom Cruise and Morgan Freeman)

Kevin Costner for Dances With Wolves–great, epic movie. great direction (though a bit long). but just okay acting.

LilyRT | Nov 21, 2009

Nearly all of them didn’t even deserve to be nominated by my definitions.
Awards are for Shakespeare-trained actors–with above-average voices, high intelligence and neutral accents. They’re the real professionals.
They’re the only ones who can adequately play officers, above sergeant rank,
successful professionals, and in the past and future in sci-fi or historical films.

Instead of rewarding professionals, people only good enough for folk-accent movies are constantly being allowed to play roles they scientifically can’t possible succeed in and even being handed awards for them.
Also, since actors get better with age, the way old wine does, actors over 45 most often act from within and younger actors just play themselves usually. So they are better.

From your list, for instance, in 1995, Sean Penn was miles above the other two; and in 1979 none of the three deserved to be nominated. With the ladies, the bias against professionalism is even clearer. Thank you for asking.
